Christmas comes in August for us, when we set up a yearly eCards creation system.

Overview

This web application (our longest running system!) enables users to create and customize holiday eCard messages for their contacts.

The system also allows for some basic contact and relationship management, as the contact information is pulled from SalesForce.

The in-built job delegation process allows users to create cards on behalf of others.

Once the cards have been composed, the results are integrated with an automated email marketing system, which submits the eCards in pre-configured waves, in time for the holidays.
